At its best, strategy is the exciting story that a company tells about its own future. At TATIN, we bring strategy and transformation to life and make them tangible. We attach great importance to ensuring that corporate objectives do not just exist as abstract concepts, but are understood, supported and actively implemented by everyone involved. We achieve this through two central methods: the Big Picture and Tiny Interventions.

 

The Big Picture is a decisive step in our process. It translates the abstract strategy into an inspiring story about the future of the organization and visualizes it as a big picture. This picture answers the key questions of why the strategy is necessary and what happens if it is not achieved. It creates a shared understanding and a clear vision that motivates and activates everyone involved.

 

The Tiny Interventions are small but effective actions that are digitally supported and integrated into everyday life to bring about major changes. They enable managers and their teams to implement new behaviour directly in everyday life without the need for additional meetings or organizational preparations. Tinys are designed to work on-site, online and hybrid and make progress measurable.
