As a psychologist (M.Sc.) with a background in systemic-integrative consulting, she combines psychological expertise with a deep understanding of social and organizational dynamics. Her focus is on the holistic development of organizations, taking into account different perspectives.

Prior to joining TATIN, Regina worked for several years at a marketing agency, where she not only managed client projects but also designed and drove internal change and development initiatives. She draws on this experience today to accompany strategic change in a practical, accessible, and sustainable way.
